Water is carried from the lake. The sauna has a large covered porch. Keskiniemi is located on the peninsula of Polojärvi in an open and sunny location. Flat yard and shallow beach suitable for children. Cottage is suitable for both relaxed holiday and base for active holiday. A doghouse and dog's cage in yard. Fishing on Lake Polojärvi: a fisheries management fee is needed, fishing is allowed on lakes, excluding the salmon-based streams (more www.eraluvat.fi). Kylmäluoma Hiking Area 7 km. Excellent fishing opportunities in clear water lakes and ponds. Area has hiking trails, lean-to shelters, campfire sites, in winter cross country ski trails (15 km), snowmobile trails etc. Kylmäluoma is known for its rugged ridges, primeval forest and lakes.
