Air source heat pump and parquet floor in the living room. Note! Check-out in July at 11 am. Cottage is located in a peninsula, in a peaceful hillock, beautiful lake view to the south. Juojärvi is clearwatered lake. Grill hut and car port in the yard. About 5 km distance to the north there is Kangassaari island with lean-to and campfire site. Small game hunting opportunities at owner's land. Owner charges 25e for pets (no more than 2 pets allowed). Security deposit 150 e by cash to the owner on arrival.
