Previously the building has been used as a cinema- and recording studio, now rented for festivities and for accommodation. This building is in the same yard with owner's conservation home, the beach is for the customers' own use, the lake is known to have good fishing possibilities. 1,2 km away on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi is Rajaportti's public sauna, which can be rented for private turns, but there is also public turns.
