Haarla factory’s previous fire station converted to holiday home in 2003 in the functionalist style of 1936. SAT-TV with approx. 2000 channels. Building has access monitoring system and door phone. Log lakeshore sauna with room with fireplace, extra beds for 2, mini kitchen, separate WC and terrace. Splendid location for families and companies, close to services and opportunities for recreation. Building located in bay on a 3800 m² grassed plot, shallow sandy shore suitable for children. In shore area good outdoor lighting, yard area with stone paving, pathways with old street stones/cobble stones. Car port for 2 vehicles. Services within walking distance, Häkärinteet ski resort 28 km, Laajavuori 30 km, Peurunka 30 km, Tikkakoski airport 45 km, Revontuli Golf 22 km, Vaajakoski 20 km. Shortest booking period 3 days. Check in/out Friday during "A" period. Note: at Christmas, New Year and the Midsummer weekend available to families only.
